Over the past 2 weeks we have had some crazy things happen, good and bad. A girl overdosed on drugs, I got to witness a Community Meeting which I could relate to the place where all the 6 year old little girls who look like men that don't come to church come together to complain about water, it was amazing. God gave me the strength to stay in, to invite the people to church, and to do so lovingly.
We got to visit with the Condrey's, play soccer and football with the kids, dig holes, move tanks, see salvations, Life is Good when Christ is in the center. So good. We went to visit Martin Alexander, a 20 year old who has been told the doctors can only slow the progression of the cancer he has had since he was 6. He didn't know Jesus when we got there, but he did when we left. Tomorrow we are cooking food for the bible study to entice people to come in, we have had 54 then 50 people at church on Sunday the past 2 weeks, and 30, then 34 people at Bible Study on Thursday nights. Mike and Ike have also started walking an old blind lady to and from church named Lilia, but she goes by "Abuela". It is amazing to see God use us in ways we never expected, but also to see the growth He provides, because now Abuela's daughter comes to church with her. God is good. Glorify Christ in all that you do.
